The invention relates to equipment for handling rolls of printed products and can be used in the printing industry.
The aim of the invention is to improve the serviceability of the device for stacking coils and disassembling a stack of them when handling rolls of printed products wound together with a winding tape on a hollow core.

R
A device for stacking coils and disassembling a stack of them comprises two mutually perpendicular supports 2 and 3 fixed on a horizontal shaft 1, a mechanism 4 of their rotation by 90 ° and removable pads 5 and 6 which are placed on supports 2 and 3. The pad 5 is made in base type
"H
7, bearing on the side edges two locking strips 8 and 9.
Each of Olor 2 and 3 consists of two mutually parallel and support brackets 10 and 11 or 12 and 13 located at a certain distance from one another (it has a fork shape). The rotary shaft 1 is fixed in bearings 14 and 15 and is connected to the mechanism 4, which serves to rotate it through 90 °. The liners are pallets on which the rolls or stacks of them are stacked.
The device also includes a horizontal vehicle designed to move the pad 5 with its rolls 16 lying on it with its lateral surfaces, made in the form of a roller conveyor 17 mounted perpendicularly to the shaft 1 driven by the drive 18.
A device for stacking coils and for disassembling a stack of them is preferably used in conjunction with the winding or unwinding sections and operates as follows.
When forming a roll of printed products, the cascade stream 20 inserted by the inlet conveyor 19 is wound in a known manner by the flat side of the printed product 21 facing the winding core 22, together with the winding tape 23 under tension on the hollow core 22, which is caused to rotate in the direction indicated by arrow B. After the roll 16 of the printed product is fully formed, it is pulled out of the winding section in the direction indicated by arrow D and placed on the roller conveyor 17 lining 5 of its lateral surface. Due to the presence on the lining 5 of the locking strips 8 and 9, the roll is prevented from rolling off the lining 5.
After releasing the coil section from the roll, the process of forming the next roll can be carried out in it. After rolling the finished roll 16 onto the lining 5, the latter is conveyed by a roller conveyor to

New 16 to lining 5 may continue until it is fully loaded by them. In Fig. 1, four rolls 16 are shown, each being on the lining 5. Fully loaded lining.
5 comes along the conveyor 17 to the support 2, which is currently in the horizontal position. Lead on by means of the conveyor 17, the laying 5 is located above the support brackets 10 and 11 of the support 2. On the pitch 3 at this time the lining 6 is laid. to be between op 3 and the end of the first roll 16.
With the help of mechanism 4, wheels 2 and 3 are rotated 90 ° from axis 24 of shaft 1 in the direction of arrow E. At the same time, the rolls 16 are positioned next to each other in the position in which they are placed by the stack, t. e. one on the other. At the same time, the stack of rolls is located on connection 6.
The stacked rolls can be transported using conventional overloading means, for example, using a manual lifting device or. For example, in an intermediate warehouse. The structure consisting of relatively heavy ones arranged one above the other is very stable and does not disintegrate during manipulation.
For the purpose of further processing of the printed materials in rolls of printed products, the liners (pallets) loaded with rolls 16 come from an intermediate warehouse to a second device for whitewashing and disassembling a pile of rolls. This second device, in this case, is completed together with the dimensioning section and is not structurally different from the device that stacks the formed rolls.

New 16 to lining 5 can continue until it is fully loaded by them. 1 shows four rolls 16 simultaneously located on the lining 5. Fully loaded lining
5 comes along the conveyor 17 to the support 2 that is currently in a horizontal position. The lining 5 supplied by means of the conveyor 17 is located above the support brackets 10 and 11 of the support 2. At this time an empty pad 6 is placed on the support 3, which is positioned so that be between the support 3 and the end of the first roll 16.
Now, with the help of mechanism 4, supports 2 and 3 are rotated 90 ° relative to axis 24 of shaft 1 in the direction of arrow E. At the same time, the coils 16, which are located next to each other, are shifted to the position in which they are arranged in a stack, i.e. one on the other. In this case, the stack of rolls is located on the lining 6.
The stacked rolls 16 can be transported using conventional overloading means, for example using a manual lifter or. forklift, and stored, for example, in an intermediate warehouse. The structure consisting of relatively heavy, one-on-one coils, the structure is very stable and does not disintegrate during manipulations with it.
For the purpose of further processing of printed products wound into rolls, the pads 6 loaded with rolls 16 (pallets) come from an intermediate warehouse to a second device for stacking and disassembling a stack of rolls. This second device in this case is completed together with the unwinding section and is not structurally different from the device that stacks the formed rolls.
Loaded rolls 16 lining
6 is supplied to the device so that the support brackets 12 and 13 of the support 3
lock lining 6 on the bottom. On
The new roll is the same way as the first roll is placed on the backfitting 5. The laying process of the roll-mounted vertical support brackets 10 and 11 is laid down by the lining 5,
Now, due to the commissioning of the mechanism 4, the supports 2 and 3 move in the direction of the arrow F by 90 °. In this case, the coils lying one on another are transferred to the position when they are located next to each other, i.e. as well as before stacking. The lining 5 lying on the conveyor 17 together with the rolls is now transported to the unwinding section 25 (FIGS. 5 and 6), which is similar in design to the winding section
Opposite the unwinding section 25 is position 26, to which the lining 5 loaded with the rolls to be unwound is brought. This position 26 is connected to the unwinding section 25 by means of a slightly inclined roller table 27.
The unwinding rolls 16 are rolled up from the lining 5 onto the roller bed 27 and last fed to the unwind section 25, in which the roll is unwound and a cascaded printed product is formed in a known manner. After all the articles of one roll are wound, the empty winding core 22 is removed from the unwinding section. During the intermediate time, the lining 5 is displaced in the direction indicated by arrow A in order to transfer the next roll to the removal position from lining 5 to the roller conveyor 27. This roll can now be transferred to the unwinding section if it is ready to receive it, and once - Motan by analogy with the first roll. The subsequent rolls of the remaining rolls to the unwinding section and their unwinding are alternately carried out accordingly. Ј
